The Vinings Family Health Care and Internal Medicine is nestled in the heart of the Vinings Village Community, next to the Chattahoochee River. A community that still retains the genuine Southern Hospitality in spite of its tremendous growth over the 21 years since VFHC saw our first patient.
Dr.
Richard Kauffman, M.D. opened the clinic's doors June
4,1986 and it has remained open five days a week (excluding
holidays) as a "walk-in" clinic where no appointment
is neccessary. Since it's opening the clinic has flourished
to over 20,000 patients. VFHC's success is due to the
pride the clinic takes in delivering the highest level
of quality patient care. Dr. Kauffman and the staff take
strides in setting high standards for the clinic as well
as the utmost medical treatments in hopes that VFHC's
patients experience a pleasant visit. An attitude that
is "deeply appreciated" by their patients.
VFHC
is a member of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce and
AIDS Up-Date, a clinical presentation for healthcare workers.
The clinic is fully equipped to provide a wide range of
medical treatments from the routine physicals, x-rays,
FAA Airman Medical Exams and minor surgery. Payment of
all services is due at the time of the visit. VFHC accepts
most PPO insurances as well MasterCard, Visa, cash and
checks.
